Ensure that facilities for preparing test samples are available at your site. Equipment typically required for sample preparation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Calibrated pipettes - Eppendorf (or equivalent), 1 mL
  • Measuring cylinders, spanning range 100 mL to 1 L
  • Volumetric flasks - 10-mL, 20-mL, and 50-mL flasks
  • Nitrile gloves
